Refunds

Unimatix is billed in ₹. You can cancel anytime. This page says what happens to a charge after you cancel.

Cancel anytime

The workspace owner can cancel from Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Basic is free forever — 3 clients and 3 GST invoices a month — so there is no Basic charge to refund.

A new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start that trial, so there is nothing to refund if you stop during it.

Paid plans

Pro (₹600/month), Premium (₹800/month), and Founding Studio (₹7,000/year) are charged by Razorpay only after you choose them. Email hello@unimatix.in from the account email if a charge was taken twice or you were charged for a plan you did not choose.

Refund window

TODO: founder to confirm the refund window in days (for example, how many days after a successful charge a customer can ask for the money back). Do not treat any number as policy until this line is replaced. Until then, write to hello@unimatix.in and we will confirm the window before a refund is promised.
